Coral Profile - Montipora Capricornis
There is a new coral profile up on the site on the Small Polyped Stoney coral named Montipora Capricornis. There are several different color varieties available and this could also be considered a good first SPS coral to start out with if you’ve never kept SPS corals before. That is, if your tank parameters and equipment are in line with what is required for keeping this coral.
This coral can take the shape of a whirling vase and looks way cool under blue moon lights at night. It’s easily fragged and can be realively hardy for an SPS coral. Here is the coral profile: Montipora Capricornis.
