JBJ 28 Gallon Nano Cube Setup

NanocubeI’ve wanted a nano cube for some time now.  I’ve been saving up for a much larger saltwater reef tank too but just could not wait any longer.  MTS (Multiple Tank Syndrom) reared it’s ugly head and I got the 28 Gallon JBJ Nanocube with 150 watt HQI Metal Halide.  This aquarium is really nice and I’m very happy with it.  If you’re interested in seeing how I’ve set mine up, see JBJ Nano Cube Setup

You can post comments on the nano cube setup page too.  If you have one of these nano cubes I’d be interested in hearing your thoughts, tips, advice, etc.

I was looking for something better than Aqua Pod and BioCube for setting up a nano reef and discovered the JBJ on the internet. It’s nice to hear that someone has bought one and is happy with it. We’re going to put in our order soon.

Hi Shari - yes, the JBJ is a very nice for setting up a nano reef. About the only drawback is when coralline algae grows in the corners of the cube. It gets kind of difficult to scrape that stuff away carefully when it gets in the corners.
