Tunze Nano 9002 DOC Protein Skimmer

Tunze Nano SkimmerA new saltwater aquarium equipment review is up on the FishLore.com.  There are a ton of really crappy skimmers out there for smaller saltwater and reef type tanks.  Many hobbyists (including me) tried to go the cheap route and start a tank with an inexpensive protein skimmer.  We soon find out that it doesn’t work and so then we get the next one up in price.  That one still doesn’t work very good so we finally do what we should have done from the beginning and thoroughly research and shell out the cash for the more expensive skimmer.

Is this another crappy one or does it actually work?  Read the review here: Tunze Nano Protein Skimmer

Your story is an old one but will never die out because people entering this hobby will go through the same experience of spending money 3-5 times on skimmer that do not work properly.

My company NanoReefSystems ( off shoot of Euro-Reef ) has designed 15 different nano skimmers as well as in sump skimmers. These skimmers are being sold world wide not because we advertise but by word of mouth because they are that good.

There are a lot of reviews on Reef Sanctuary in the Red Sea Max forum and you can see them on our website nanoreefsystems.com

Hope this will steer hobbyists in the right direction.
